I stayed at the Royal Inn for a little over a month. The staff was great, very friendly. The rooms were always clean and cared for and the beds super comfy! I recommend getting a room with a balcony. It was such a great spot to relax at the end of a busy day. Can't wait to go back.

i found the hotel to be a nice quiet retreat from the pace of the city, well situated to markets, nightlife (if desired) and close to the riverfront (once again, if desired). the staff are friendly enough...politeness rather than warmth seems to be their way.

I came with 3 of my friends but i did a wrong booking (book only 2 single room) but the customer serice offers us to see the room first is it fit for us..? Not rejected us when coming... It is a realy momm Ent of truth on our first coming... N allow us to do early check in with eligible n representative room.. They are very helpful and do service with smile..

We arrived quite early in the morning around 0900H and the room is ready to check-in after 30 mins of waiting. The room we stayed was very comfy, with 2 kids and double bed there're quite spacious and also with a bathtub intact, you could never complaint more compare to the rate you've paid. It takes about 10 miniutes walk to the riverside, royal palace and the national museum. Tuk2 are easy to get at the front of the hotel plus there're a lot of massage parlour along the street which offer you a very good price!!

When we left the hotel and went to siem reap. My friend found that her wallet was lost in the room. We call the hotel and the staff send it to siem reap with all the money. thanks. great hotel great staff.

Value for money as a three-star hotel. The staff are very nice and helpful. You can always find tuk-tuk drivers outside the hotel. And the Korean restaurant next to the hotel is quite good. Will definitely chose Royal Inn again for my next visit.

excellent hotel will stay here again. on arrival they upgraded us to a delux room with a 4 poster bed as it was our honeymoon. really friendly receptionist. breakfast very nice

this was our second time at the royal inn. they remembered our faces and names and were even more responsive and helpful than they were during our last stay. this hotel is fantastic, especially for the price. literally two minutes away is nagaworld, which may be slightly nicer but is way more expensive. the dinner was again amazing, and they got up especially for us at 4:30am to make breakfast before our flight. awesome.

The royal inn is fantastic, especially considering the price. it's literally a two minute walk from the massive nagaworld, but way cheaper. the staff is awesome, great english ability. the whole place is beautiful. great bathrooms. excellent showers. very responsive to inquiries.
